Xycora ships with six application roles — Owner, Admin, Lawyer, Paralegal, Viewer, and Member — and thirteen firm positions are recognised at registration, so the right people land in the right seats from day one. Lawyers draft, spot issues, and rehearse arguments in the Playground. Paralegals own the nineteen-workflow Paralegal Suite end to end. Admins run the firm-wide dashboard, manage seats and roles, configure letterhead, and review the audit log. Owners hold the billing relationship and can promote, demote, or remove any other user.

Every matter is tagged with one of twenty-two supported jurisdictions across the UK and Ireland, North America, the EU, Switzerland, the Nordics, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa — including England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, US Federal / California / New York, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, India, UAE / DIFC, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, and South Africa. Jurisdiction is set per matter, not per plan — Starter firms get the same twenty-two as Firm-tier customers.
Audit-first AI
Every AI call routes through a 3-provider synthesis engine and lands in the audit log alongside who ran it, against which matter, and what the result was. Document uploads, shares, role changes, agent triggers, conflict-check runs, and admin views are all recorded. Privilege defence is not an afterthought — it is the substrate.
