Xycora's Drafting module learns your firm's voice by analysing the documents you have previously produced — your characteristic sentence structure, the clauses you prefer, the level of formality you adopt for different document types and counterparties. The result is AI-generated drafts that a client reading them cannot distinguish from something your team wrote from scratch, because in a meaningful sense they reflect the accumulated drafting preferences of your firm.
Every draft is grounded in the facts of the matter. When you instruct Xycora to draft a demand letter, it reads the case record and populates the factual narrative automatically — the parties, the relevant dates, the contractual obligations, the alleged breaches — without you having to describe the case in a prompt. The citation pane alongside every draft shows every source document from which each factual assertion was drawn, so you can verify the draft's accuracy before sending.
Drafts are produced in editable Microsoft Word format and can be round-tripped back into Xycora for version tracking. Every revision is stored in the Case Workspace, creating a complete audit trail from initial AI draft to final executed document. Firm administrators can set document-type-specific review requirements to ensure that no AI-assisted document leaves the firm without a qualified reviewer's approval.
